Flooded basement

After my first inspection of this basement they was 1 foot of water in there! So my team got to work in digging down and into the basement floor removing water so we could work BUT on this one we located a year 1630 water well under the basement floor. This was now a very challenging job to do. We fitted over the top of the well new reinforced concrete to cap off this well where the water was coming from then we fitted our sump pump with new aqua channels to control any new water that may run into this basement.
