Very impressed. Good time keeping. Attended my property and examined two areas of black mould in different parts of our apartment. Identified a faulty gutter/fall pipe and some mortar that should be replaced but no damp penetration. Tested internal walls with a damp meter and concluded that there was no damp problem, the problem being condensation. Gave some good advice. There was no work for Watertight but the consultant professional and importantly honest! Thanks very much appreciated, I would have no hesitation in recommending Watertight Homes.
